1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, browsing, or otherwise using recordshelf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About recordshelf

recordshelf is an independent application for saving records, building a profile shelf, following other users, and sharing collection-related activity. The service is operated as a nonprofit personal project and is provided as-is.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please use accurate information where required, do not impersonate another person, and notify the developer if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. User Content

You may add profile details, reviews, ratings, shelves, currently spinning records, images, and other collection-related content. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant recordshelf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, and share that content as needed to operate the service.

Do not upload or post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, malicious, or otherwise harmful to the community or service.

5. Community Rules

Use recordshelf respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or overload the site, access another user’s account, bypass security, spam users, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on recordshelf infringes your copyright, please contact the developer with enough information to identify the material, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

9. Support and Donations

recordshelf may include links to support the developer. Contributions are voluntary and help support development or operating costs. Unless clearly stated otherwise, support contributions are not purchases, subscriptions, or guarantees of specific features, availability, or support response times.
